An intriguing poem Alison. The sense of re-entering the frantic pace of the everyday world (after a break, perhaps?) is very strong.
Scary. I've got a fear of flying. But now I think I've got a fear of being on the ground!
Thanks for the responses. I wasn't sure how this would come over. What you both say suggests that I've had some success in communicating.
Reminds me of the stupid stunt by the President's office when they had the Airforce One fly near skyscrapers in New York.
